Sleep Control
- Avoid sleeping in daytime.
- Go out in the malls or for a walk to get over the unusual sleeping time.
- Have light meals & feel more energetic against fighting the clock.
- If you still have to sleep against the clock make sure not more than an hour or so.

For Kids
- Don't push kids as it may take more than the usual time for them to get over it.
