Sleep Control

  • Avoid sleeping in daytime.
  • Go out in the malls or for a walk to get over the unusual sleeping time.
  • Have light meals & feel more energetic against fighting the clock.
  • If you still have to sleep against the clock make sure not more than an hour or so.

For Kids

  • Don't push kids as it may take more than the usual time for them to get over it.
