Tips
- Be aware of the whole process from start to finish and everything in between.
- Do your financial work first because it's very tempting to rush off and begin looking at houses as quickly as possible, but if your financial house isn't in order first, your physical house never will be.
- Please don't just skim the surface for buying a house in general.
- Take advantage of research.
- Sometimes a small investment can bring a bigger reward. Good resources often will have a small cost attached to them. Don't run the risk of costing yourself thousands of dollars because you weren't willing to pay $15 for a good book on a specific subject
